more or less: The lambo was actually was in service and used by the police. But the Porsche, as well the other cars from the "Tune it! Safe!"-series, are just show cars, with which the police wants to show? that they are not against legal and safe tuning (and that there's a way that they still look cool), but against the illegal and dangerous tuning.
